Lunch & Learn:. Topic: Literacy in San Joaquin County. Delores Carter and her committee have planned a very interesting Lunch & Learn format. Suzy Daveluy, Director of the County Library Adult Literacy Program, will be our speaker. (Did you know that Stockton ranks 75th in a 2010 Survey of America's most Literate Cities? That's last place. This survey compared 75 cities in the U.S. with populations of 250,000+ in July, 2009. Attend our Lunch & Learn to hear more about what is going on in San Joaquin County to combat this phenomenon.
